PAZZO: After 30 years in the restaurant business, a Petaluma California couple dreamt of opening a restaurant in the town where they lived.  PM/A provided the architectural services to bring their visions to reality.

The owner’s concepts guided the design, with curving walls screening the bar and kitchen service areas from the dining room. Seating for 94 is provided in the dining room, with an area for live entertainment or to accommodate special functions. The bar and lounge can seat another 22, and al fresco seating is also provided overlooking a tranquil public promenade. 

Collaborating closely with the owners and their other consultants and contractors, PM/A coordinated the team’s pre-construction work satisfying the owners need for an aggressive schedule to obtain permit approvals.
